Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Forge Fuel Performance Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

3. Collection

Orders are available for collection on Mondays between 4:00pm – 8:00pm and Tuesday 10am until 2pm.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect within this window

We are not responsible for food quality once it has left our premises.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

Orders may only be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before collection
After this point, orders are non-refundable

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of collection.

Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion.

5. Allergens

All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles multiple allergens.

We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.

Customers must inform us of any allergies prior to ordering.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the risks outlined in our allergen disclaimer.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, nutritional information and images are accurate.

However:

Ingredients may vary
Nutritional values are estimates
Images are for illustrative purposes only

7. Food Safety

Customers are responsible for:

Storing and heating food appropriately after collection
Consuming food within recommended timeframes

We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage or handling after collection.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Fuel Performance Ltd shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss
Adverse reactions where allergen risks have been communicated
Loss or damage after collection

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos (including “Forge Fuel” and “Big Frank”), and content remain the property of Forge Fuel Performance Ltd and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.
