Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or collected.​

 

Order issues

 

If there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery at:

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.​

 

Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled or amended up to  48 hours before the agreed collection or delivery time.

After this point, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.​

 

Quality concerns

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where applicable, photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually.

Liability

 

Forge Fuel Performance Ltd is not liable for:

 

  • Incorrect storage or handling of food after collection or delivery

  • Consumption outside of recommended timeframes

  • Individual taste preferences
